Once you've made your selection of stores, you can click on each one to access a detailed file.
This focus on each brand gives you an overall view of the figures that you can use to strengthen your approach to the brand.
You can export the overall report in PPT or Excel format, or choose which individual analyses to export.
There are three more in-depth analyses available for each brand:
- Global Metrics and Sociodemo: the indicators are the same as those shown in the overview, but presented in a different, more detailed and useful way, as you can export them.
- Footfall competitiveness: The graph compares your centre to the one with the lowest footfall (the lowest 10%) and to the 90%.
- Catchment area: You can access three maps showing the catchment area of your shopping centre, of the selected brand and its target population. For each map, the darker the colour, the greater the number of people. Move your mouse over the different area to obtain more information
➡️ When analysing catchment areas, the more common areas there are between a centre and the targeted brand, the more cannibalisation there is, and therefore the smaller the catchment population is.
Conversely, the fewer common areas there are, the lower the cannibalisation and the greater the catchment population is.
