A ready-to-use dashboard to help you unlock the potential of your shopping centre/city centre with the best tenant mix.
This tool will enable you to:
- Evaluate and compare the best brands for your tenant mix: Leverage Mytraffic expertise and data to get a score on all brands thanks to specialist insights generated from comprehensive and unbiased criteria.
- Fine-tune your selection: Filter on categories and brands that matter the most for your business. Customise the list of retailers for your project by adjusting the weighting of indicators to suit your needs.
- Convince your stakeholders: Cement your decision with a data-driven strategy and share analysis results with decision-makers.
- Persuade brands to choose your mall for their next location: Zoom on a given brand and access to his performance KPIs within your shopping centre and share those insights with the retailers
The objective is to help you optimise your tenant mix or fill your vacant space with ease.
For each eligible brand (at least 10 stores inside malls in the country and 3 stores inside malls in the region), we provide a range of 6 indicators used to compute a Mytraffic Fit Score.
The dashboard consists of an overview of these indicators with several filters available. Once you've made your selection of stores, you can click on each one to access a detailed file.
On top of the overview, we display the average footfall in your area per month (A visitor is counted if he stays more than 15 minutes).
