Add your portfolio

• Access "Company Settings" from the menu on the left.
• Click on the first tab "My Portfolio".
• Click on "Add My Portfolio" in the top right-hand corner.
• Choose between "Add manually" and "Upload from a spreadsheet".
  • "Add Manually" is recommended when only a few assets are to be added.
  • "Upload from a spreadsheet" is recommended when there is a need to do a massive upload of the entire portfolio. Once you have uploaded your assets, you will see them listed in "Company Settings" and highlighted on the map on the right.

Upload from a spreadsheet” (up to 300 assets)

• Once you have clicked on "Upload from Spreadsheet", download the example file in Excel
• Fill in the first column, "Full address OR GPS coordinates".
• In the case of a street asset, specify the name of the address in the following format: 'xxx Street xxxxxx, London, United Kingdom' or specify the GPS coordinates of the asset, for example, 51.521030, 0.141484 (i.e. numbers, numbers)
• For a shopping centre or shopping area, specify a GPS coordinate within the shopping centre or area.
• Fill in the second column "Type of asset" (address or polygon) indicating the exact type of asset:
  • "Address" if it is a house number/street
  • "Polygon" if it is a shopping centre or shopping area
  • Upload the file by clicking on "upload your xlsx file here".

Add manually

• Select asset type: address, shopping area, shopping centre or store.
• Select the country of interest.
• Enter the address or name of the polygon.
• Click on "Save".
