Add your portfolio and select your competitors

Add assets to your portfolio:

• Click on "My Portfolio" from the menu on the left.
• Click on the blue button on the top right "Add assets in My Portfolio".
• Select the type of assets you want to assess (shopping centre, shopping area or store)
• Select the country of interest.
• Type the name of the asset and select the matching option from the list that appears based on your search.
• Click on "Save".

Select your competitors:

• After adding your assets to the library, locate the "Competitors" column (third column) and click on the pen icon.
• When you click on the icon, a pop-up will appear, showing that the tool has automatically identified your competitors based on the percentage of shared visitors over the last month.
• You will be able to select or add additional competitors by:
  • Picking them from the "Suggested Competitors" section.
  • Adding them through the search bar, in the same manner as you added your own assets.

Please note that you can have a maximum of 7 competitors at the same time.
