You can only delete assets from your account during the renewal period, i.e. for 30 days from the date of renewal of your contract.
During this period, you can delete assets that you no longer wish to track.
If you delete an asset during this period, the credits you initially spent on it will be automatically credited back to your account, so you can use them to unlock new items.
To delete assets:
- In the left-hand menu,

In the left-hand menu, click on "My collection" and go to "My unlocked assets".

To delete several assets at once, select them and click on "Delete".

To delete an asset, click on the desired asset to access the preview, then click on "Delete asset" in the bottom left-hand corner.
As a reminder, if your subscription works with our credit system:
- An address = 1 credit
- A shopping area or a store = 5 credits
- A shopping centre = 10 credits
